500 dogs in Victoria blacklisted

More than 500 dogs in Victoria have been blacklisted for being a danger to society. Pit bull terriers and guard dog rottweilers and german shepherds are the bulk of aggressive animals on an official state register. But there are concerns scores more dangerous dogs are being harboured by owners refusing to declare or register them. Do you agree with this move? Have your say »
Qantas staff help fallen 80 yo, booed by customers

Qantas check-in staff at Brisbane Airport have been booed by customers after closing their counters to help an 80 year old woman who had collapsed in the queue. The woman died despite assistance from medical staff. Were the customers in the wrong? Or, with medical staff in attendance, were the Qantas check-in staff not needed as support? Have your say »

Parking for the disabled at airports

Melissa Page writes in with a complaint about disabled parking at Gold Coast Airport: "There is not a drop off point for disabled people at the Gold Coast Airport. For one of Australia's most popular tourists destinations this is a disgrace. There is a Disabled Drop off Zone at Brisbane Airport that gives you a 1/2 hour to drop off the disabled traveller."
