Qantas staff help fallen 80 yo, booed by customers

Qantas check-in staff at Brisbane Airport have been booed by customers after closing their counters to help an 80 year old woman who had collapsed in the queue. The woman died despite assistance from medical staff. Were the customers in the wrong? Or, with medical staff in attendance, were the Qantas check-in staff not needed as support?

C'mon... she's an 80 yo woman... Did they really want to see her die? Honestly, what's wrong with people these days? Shouldn't the customers be more worried about the woman than checking-in? I feel outraged (Well not that much outraged. Just a bit disappointed that some people would react that way).
