John Howard and Kevin Rudd have gone head to head in a televised debate covering the economy, environment and education amongst other things. Thoughts on the debate?

I find it funny the phone poll showed that John Howard won the debate - Like hell he did.
There's another example of the desperate liberal supporters rigging/boosting polls, ratings etc. to make it look like they're still popular. I can tell you now, that isn't going to translate in to votes.

the worm is fun, and howard probably shouldn't have tried to ban it, but nevertheless, the worm should not be the determiner of who won.
i'd hope the australian public would actually listen to what people have to say before making up their mind, and the worm certainly didn't indicate.
in my opinion howard won hands down.
