SA IR Commission calls WorkChoices a failure

South Australia's Industrial Relations Commission has termed WorkChoices a failure saying that the Government's reforms have not lifted productivity or driven economic growth but have instead disadvantaged thousands of workers, especially the low-paid. What have been your experiences?

Prime Minister John Howard has rejected the findings and questioned the motivations of the inquiry.

30 Oct 07 what people don't seem to understand is that the workchoices are a benifit in that they make small businesses more willing to take a chance on employing people and that is a good thing.
unfortunately they do need some tighening up, but applied properly they would be great for australians, as long as the unions stop kickin up such a god damn fuss and confincing the australian public that they are the work of the devil.
