New Employment Services contract overseas

The new contract for New employment Services has been given to overseas companies. The Oz companies, who worked out to be on 4 stars have been left out.
Why is the Government rewarding losers and kicking the ones who worked hard?

Vested Interest perhaps.
Government contracts should only be allowed to engage Australian Based companies that meet community support critera otherwise we are just sending our money overseas.

WELL DONE Jessica watson,however could please come home and stay home,no more travlling.Marine safety means exactly that,keeping watch out on the water.There was failure on your part,and it should have been imperitive that you had a course,like thay do at coastguard,for radio etc.Good effort 61/2 out of 10 magn letter 3.8...
